Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid at the time of check-in or before availing the resort services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A 3% processing fee will be applicable on all credit card transactions.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval from the resort management.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the resort and may be subject to additional terms and charges.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to resort property during their stay. The resort reserves the right to recover the cost of repair or replacement.

The use of the swimming pool, private pool, camel safari, cultural jeep safari, and other recreational facilities is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Guests are requested to follow all safety instructions provided by the resort staff.

Children using the swimming pool must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Activities and facilities may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to weather conditions, maintenance, government regulations, or operational requirements.

The resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of cash, jewellery, valuables, vehicles, or personal belongings. Guests are advised to take appropriate care of their belongings.

The resort reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of any guest whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive to other guests or resort operations.

Cancellation, modification, and refund requests will be governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the selected booking or rate plan.

Photography and videography may be carried out within the resort premises for promotional and marketing purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in such content are requested to inform the management in advance.

The management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

All disputes arising from the stay or services provided by the resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India.
